how do you convert solaris ultrasparc cpu utilization to zeon

how do you convert solaris ultrasparc cpu utilization to zeon

I have cpu utilization data from a solaris server that has ultrasparc IV+
chip, following is the spec:
Model Processor Type Processor CPU Cores No of Processors Memory
SUN FIRE V490 SUN ULTRASPARC IV+ 1500 8.00 4.00 32768
I have cpu utilization on this server. I like to be able have some sort of
ratio to convert sparc cpu utilization in terms of zeon (the following
servers). I know this is comparing apple to orange but I need a some sort
of converter so that I will have some sort of utilization if I have to
convert my sparc to zeon. Any ideas how I should go about doing this?
option 1)
Intel Xeon Processor E5-2660 (Sandy Bridge)
(8 core, 2.20 GHz, 24 MB L3, 95 W)
option 2)
Intel Xeon Processor E7-4860
(Westmere EX)
10 core, 2.26 GHz, 24MB L3, 130 W
Has anyone done something like this? what would be the closest converstion
factor
